Design and Development

 At SENSI, we create technical drawings and 3D models, develop prototypes for testing, and select high-quality materials. We consider factors such as climatic conditions, loads, pressures, chemical resistance, environmental requirements, as well as the cost and availability of materials.

Manufacturing

We use modern machines that ensure high precision in machining each component. Automation of the processes allows for complex processing with exceptional accuracy. All parts are rigorously inspected to meet standards and client specifications.

Assembly

Our highly skilled specialists perform assembly of each unit of equipment. Precision and accuracy at this stage are critical for the functionality and durability of the product. Our team members have years of experience and regularly undergo training to enhance their skills.

Testing and Quality Control

We ensure a comprehensive cycle of testing and quality control for SENSI compressors and compressor systems. Hydraulic tests are conducted at our certified testing facility to identify defects in components that operate under pressure. We also perform field tests with parameters that mimic actual operating conditions to guarantee that our products meet established norms and standards.
